Fairy Chant II Fair Hill is often described as a utopian training environment for preparing the Thoroughbred athlete, both mentally and physically. The setting at Fair Hill (situated on approximately 5,000 acres) is unlike any other training facility in the US and modeled after the highly successful European concept. Fairy Chant II is one of 18 training barns located within the center. Comprising 28 permanent stalls, paddocks and access to the one mile dirt track, 7/8th mile all-weather track, grass gallops and miles of wooded trails to relax and hack out on.
